Amber has 10+ years of customer service experience. She enjoys helping our customers when they need us the most. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, swimming, and bike riding.

Cassandra has been in the customer service industry for 20+ years. What she enjoys most about her job is being able to make someone’s day better. Outside of work, Cassandra likes to be with her family, read, craft, and bake.

Kaden Ofstad
Kaden enjoys every day at Greens because he is able to help our customers with all their appliance needs. Outside of work, Kaden enjoys pickleball, basketball, golfing, and hanging out with his friends.
Makayla Clouse
Makayla enjoys working in the customer service industry because she can talk with and meet new people. When she isn’t working, she enjoys drawing, cooking, and baking.
Chris Bagatti
Chris enjoys helping in any way he can. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, including his adorable husky Skylar.
Zach Brichetto
Zach has been with Greens for almost a decade. The best part of his day is getting to work with and help his customers. He spends his free time with his family and plays drums in a rock band! He is a proud Marine Corps Veteran, and we are very thankful for his service.
Chad Ofstad
Chad has been in the HVAC industry for over a decade and is the installation manager at Greens. His favorite part of his job is working with his team. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting with his sons and cheering on the Vikings – SKOL! Fun fact, Chad can’t swim.
Curtis Hosler
Curtis has been an HVAC Installation Technician for over 5 years and he enjoys being able to help customers better understand their HVAC system. When Curtis isn't working, he likes to play softball, spend time with his friends, and take his kids to the park.
Jesse Hyde
Jesse has been in the HVAC industry for over 6 years. His favorite part of working at Greens is seeing how excited his clients are after he installs new equipment in their home. When he isn’t working, Jesse spends most of his time as a chauffeur for his children and their activities, but he always manages to take them on a road trip to share some of America’s beauty with them!
CJ Kiley
CJ enjoys working at Greens because each job is unique and he enjoys helping clients. When he isn’t working CJ enjoys spending time with his family & friends, playing soccer, and disc golfing.
Colt Wyatt
Colt has been in the industry for just over a year. Currently, he is in class to earn his journeyman's license. His favorite part about his job is doing something different everyday. He loves how every one is so close in our company. Some of his hobbies outside of work include playing golf/disc golf, having bbqs and bonfires with friends and family, and working on cars. Fun fact: Colt's dream job would be a professional disc golfer.
Dylan Reed
Dylan enjoys his role on the installation team because everyday is different. Outside of work, he likes to golf and watch sporting events in person and on television. He also makes sure to spend time volunteering with the Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation and Living History Farms.
Brandon Hawbaker
Brandon enjoys being able to find the problem and fix that problem for his customers. In his free time, Brandon enjoys going hunting, camping, and hiking.
Taylor Dunbar
Taylor has been in the appliance industry for 20+ years. His favorite part about his job is being able to help and serve our clients to the best of his abilities. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing video games, and working in his garden.
Dylan Albrecht
With over a decade in the HVAC industry, Dylan enjoys working with his team to provide the best experience they can! When he's not working, he is spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
Mark Gass
Mark has been with Greens since 2007. He works with the HVAC team on service calls and new installations. When he's not at work, Mark enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.
Brandon DeBord
Brandon has been in the HVAC industry for a few years now, and he never gets tired of helping customers solve their HVAC problems. When he isn't working he likes to camp with his family, watch sports, and travel. Brandon is also a cat lover. He has a therapy cat and together they visit schools and nursing homes.
Brady Wenner
Brady has been with Greens for most of his career. He takes pride in getting to help his customers get the most out of their HVAC system. Brady enjoys video games and is a big foodie. Brady also has a cat named Noodle!
Tyler Millard
Tyler likes being on the Service Team because he is able to help clients understand their HVAC system. When he isn’t working, Tyler likes to play baseball, go fishing, and volunteers with the United Way Angels in the Outfield program. A fun fact about Tyler is that he doesn’t know how to whistle!
Austin Kitt
Austin enjoys workings at Greens because he can help our clients when they need us the most. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing video games, and golfing.
Mike Pederson
Mike is a long time employee of Greens. He enjoys figuring out the tough puzzles he can encounter when helping his customers. When Mike isn't working, he's spending time with his family outdoors.
Paul Coffman
Paul has been with Greens for over two decades! He strives to make his customers happy and comfortable in their home. Paul loves all things outdoors, especially when getting to enjoy it with his family.
Nick Shoemaker
Nick's favorite part about his job is helping customers and getting to fix things with his hands. He enjoys football and MMA. A fun fact about Nick is that he loves dogs. He has 4!
Quest Brown
Quest has been in the trades for several years and enjoys working on appliances because it allows him to help our customers and learn new things. Outside of work, Quest enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dogs. He also enjoys being outdoors. In his free time, he does woodworking and other projects.
Skylar Brady
Skylar enjoys being able to go out on a job each day knowing that he is going to help the customer and make them happy with the work he can do. Outside of work, Skylar enjoys watching & playing sports, playing board games, and cooking.
Nick Washburn
Nick has been in the Appliance industry for over 15 years. He enjoys being able to fix problems and help clients meet their needs. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and fishing. A fun fact about Nick is that he was lead singer in a blues band.
Molly Deutmeyer
Molly has been in the industry on and off for 15 years, all of which have been with Greens. Her favorite part about her job is getting to help so many people. Whether it's helping the leadership team with special projects, co-workers with job tasks, or customers finding the appliance that is best suited to their needs and budget. She enjoys spending time with her family (husband & 4 kids), at her church, playing sand volleyball, fishing, camping, and traveling. She also volunteers her time at Ruth Harbour ministries and is an active member of the parent teacher organization at her children's schools. Fun fact: Molly is 1 of 9 children.
Anna Brichetto
Anna has been with Greens for 15 years. She loves working with so many different people and being able to change lives daily. Outside of work, she likes to garden and bake. Fun fact: Anna is 1 of 9 children.
Kristyn Miller
Kristyn has been in customer service for 6 years. She is not originally from the Des Moines area, but Greens has made this her home. She loves that she has the opportunity to help people on the daily. Kristyn is always up for a challenge and finding a way to help. When she isn’t working, she is spending all of her time with her best friend, her son.
John Stelmacher
John has been in the customer service industry for over a decade. What he enjoys most about his job is that he is able to help our customers turn their bad days into good. Outside of work, John enjoys listening to music, going on hikes with his family, and building various items for his house.
